Since his early days in Corporate Development at Dish Network, Scott has always had a penchant for identifying actionable opportunities and transaction execution. He enjoys the process and cumulative work required to get a deal done and his focus has always been on taking the right action at the right time. Prior to joining EQA, Scott lead numerous deal teams for various public and private companies, driving and completing accretive acquisitions and fortifying long-term business strategies. Most recently, Scott was a Managing Director at Merger Partners, a regional lower middle market investment bank where he completed numerous transactions over a broad range of industries. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Denver. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, spending time in the Colorado mountains, and being at home with his wife, two kids, and dog.
