Bryce Eaton
VICE PRESIDENT
Bryce is a Vice President at Eight Quarter Advisors with nearly a decade of experience across investment banking, commercial real estate, and early stage ventures. At EQA, Bryce leads execution on the firm's sell-side and corporate development engagements, directing deal teams through market research and evaluation, financial modeling, strategic positioning, buyer outreach, and process management.
Prior to joining EQA, Bryce was a member of the development team at Balfour Senior Living where he oversaw the financing, development, and construction of communities in Colorado, Michigan, Florida, and Washington D.C. as well as the portfolio's $300M+ recapitalization by a prominent healthcare REIT. Previously, Bryce held several operational roles at startup companies in the technology and consumer space.
Bryce attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, earning a degree in Economics and English. In his free time, Bryce helps manage a family ranch in southern Colorado, producing hay and cattle. As a 5th generation Colorado native, Bryce is a lifelong advocate of all things outdoors, including skiing, fishing, hiking, tennis, and golf.
