Kathleen Coughlin
VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Kathleen is a driver of EQA’s business development efforts, drawing on a background in consulting and technology sales to build strong, long-term industry relationships. She enjoys working closely with founders, executives, and other M&A professionals, and is motivated by understanding their businesses, priorities, and personal goals as they consider important next steps. Throughout her career, Kathleen has focused on delivering a white-glove client experience, ensuring a high level of care, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Prior to joining EQA, Kathleen worked at various consulting firms in the healthcare and technology verticals, primarily in the mid-market to enterprise space, where she partnered with clients on strategic and operational initiatives.
Kathleen earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she studied Business Psychology, and Legal Studies while competing as a member of the Division I Wisconsin Badgers swimming program. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, training for triathlons, and traveling.
